📜 General Policies

• No illegal activities are allowed on the property

• Guests may be required to provide valid identification upon arrival

• The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of rule violations

💳 Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation

• The deposit can be paid via:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer

• The deposit amount depends on the length of stay

• The remaining balance is paid in cash upon check-in

🔄 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before arrival

• In case of cancellation within 5 days before arrival,
  the deposit may be non-refundable

• In case of no-show (guest does not arrive),
  the deposit is fully non-refundable
