The space is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort in all seasons, as well as a TV and fast WiFi connection. For guests who need a more stable internet connection, an Ethernet option is also available. A baby crib can be provided upon request.

• The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. Available amenities include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and all necessary cooking basics, dishes, and utensils. A dining table provides a comfortable place for meals or work.

• For longer stays, the apartment includes a washing machine and a drying rack for clothes. Guests are provided with clean bed linens, towels, and essential cleaning products. Hot water is always available.

• For additional comfort, extra pillows and blankets are available, allowing you to adjust everything to your personal preference. Heating is also provided to maintain a cozy atmosphere during cooler days.

• The bedroom includes practical amenities such as hangers, clothing storage space, and an iron, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. A baby crib can also be provided upon request.

• The balcony is also a designated area for smoking.
